We started floor plan measuring and drafting services for real estate marketing purpose since 2009, our target clients are real estate agents and home sellers. With over 12 years experience, we provide our clients accurate measurements, customized layouts and reliable services.
From 2020, we added Matterport service to our work, with Matterport's dynamic, 3D virtual tour, we help agents and home sellers to setup online open house 24/7, for their 100% staged listings, which lead more qualified potential buys to step in.
Our walk-through real estate videos, which are made from Matterport's virtual tour, are posted on Youtube, easy for clients to share on social media, like Wechat, Facebook, Tweeter, Instagram...

Floor plan for real estate marketing purpose, are provided for agents and sellers. Floor plan is one of the most important marketing tool when buyers are looking for a property. With floor plan, realtors are more confident with their listings and buyers can assess whether the property meets their need and allow them plan their new furniture layout.

We create site plan, floor plan, elevation and section based on either original drawings, or measured by ourselves (we don’t create survey plan); our experienced draftsperson also provide drafting /design services in architectural, structural, environmental and mechanical fields.
